The National Capital Planning Commission approved by unanimous voice vote a master plan to build a new federal intelligence community campus in Bethesda, on a site that was home to the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency headquarters until it moved last year to Fort Belvoir in Virginia.
CHICAGO -- Prima Marketing LLC enlisted NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC to coordinate the sale of 26 properties it owns, leases or operates in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio. The Salem Harbor Power Station could be sold to a natural gas energy company. The plant confirmed that is negotiating to sell the plant to New Jersey-based Footprint Power. The power station pays $4.75 million a year in taxes, and is Salem’s largest taxpayer.
