The Foster Care and Adoption Awareness Coalition’s Bluebird Parade for Foster Children will now be held May 13.
Due to weather, the parade is moving to 5 p.m. Friday on the Downtown Mall.
Participants can gather at 4:30 p.m. at the Free Speech Wall and bring their bluebird-themed artwork to honor foster children.
