Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance tracking down a missing Madison man suffering from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
Joseph Samuels, 29, has been described as a Black man standing 5-foot-10 and weighing 150 pounds.
He was last seen around midnight Tuesday in a 2014 tan Chevrolet Cruz with a Virginia license plate reading TJV-7964, according to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.
While Samuels suffers from multiple mental disorders, authorities believe he may no longer be taking his medication.
