One man is injured after a shooting in the early hours of Saturday morning in Charlottesville’s 10th & Page neighborhood.
Police have yet to identify a suspect in the case.
Officers were dispatched to reports of shots fired in the 800 block of Hardy Drive in the city around 3:32 a.m. Saturday.
It was not long thereafter that a man arrived at University of Virginia Medical Center with a single, non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the leg.
“A scene was located, where 27 casings of 4 different calibers were recovered,” police said in a statement issued later in the day.
