More than 400 acres on two tracts in Buckingham County have been sold to a timber investor for nearly $1 million.
JCM III LLC paid $562,500 for 244 acres on Copper Mine Road and $352,500 for 161.5 acres on Francisco Road, according to Commonwealth Land LLC, which assisted in the sales.
